1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, digital platforms, and investment products (collectively, the "Services") provided by Simplified Financial Frontier ("Simplified Financial Frontier," "we," "us," or "our").
1.2. By accessing, registering for, or using any of our Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2.1. "Account" means your unique client account with Simplified Financial Frontier.
2.2. "Applicable Law" means all statutes, regulations, ordinances, rules, and directives applicable in the jurisdiction of your residence and the jurisdiction of Simplified Financial Frontier's operation.
2.3. "Financial Instruments" includes but is not limited to securities, bonds, funds, derivatives, and other investment vehicles offered through our platform.
2.4. "Platform" means Simplified Financial Frontier's website, mobile application, and associated online interfaces.
3.1. Simplified Financial Frontier operates under the laws and regulations of Belize.
3.2. These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize.
3.3. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
4.1. You must be of legal age (at least 18 years old) and have full legal capacity in your jurisdiction of residence to use our Services.
4.2. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update such information.
4.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your Account. Simplified Financial Frontier is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
5.1. Simplified Financial Frontier provides an execution-only platform for investing in Financial Instruments. Information provided on the Platform, including research, market data, and analysis, is for informational purposes only.
5.2. We do not provide personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on our Platform constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any Financial Instrument. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult independent professional advisors.
6.1. You acknowledge and accept that investing in Financial Instruments carries inherent risk, including but not limited to:

7.1. Instructions to buy or sell Financial Instruments ("Orders") are considered final upon your electronic confirmation. You cannot revoke an Order once it has been executed.
7.2. Simplified Financial Frontier will use reasonable efforts to execute Orders promptly and at the best available price, but we do not guarantee specific execution prices or timing.
7.3. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient cleared funds are in your Account to settle all Orders and associated fees.
8.1. You agree to pay all fees and charges as set out in our separate Fee Schedule, available on the Platform. These may include transaction fees, custody fees, management fees (for managed products), and foreign exchange spreads.
8.2. Simplified Financial Frontier reserves the right to amend its Fee Schedule with thirty (30) days' prior written notice. Your continued use of Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
9.1. We collect, use, and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.2. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
10.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the intellectual property of Simplified Financial Frontier or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal investment purposes only.

12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, Simplified Financial Frontier, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
12.2. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the total fees you have paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Simplified Financial Frontier and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any Applicable Law; or (c) your use of the Services.
14.1. You may terminate your Account at any time by providing written notice.
14.2. Simplified Financial Frontier may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Services with immediate effect if:
14.3. Upon termination, all outstanding Orders will be cancelled, and we will settle any final obligations after deducting any owed fees. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will do so.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes at least thirty (30) days in advance via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Fee Schedule, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simplified Financial Frontier.
16.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16.3. Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Simplified Financial Frontier may assign its rights and obligations without your consent.
16.4. No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
16.5. Third-Party Rights: These Terms do not confer any rights on third parties.
16.6. Communication: Official communications will be sent to the email address registered on your Account. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are current.
